Loren was very personable, kind and knowledgeable about issues relating to properties on the coast.

Loren is a detailed person, he always calls, emails, or texts you back when you have a question. He reminds me of tasks I needed to do (working full-time I didn't always remember tasks I needed to do). I would highly recommend Loren when you are either looking for a home or buying a home. In fact my Uncle is going to contact Loren to buy a home, that's how good Loren is (my Uncle has a detail type personality)!

This is the second time we have worked with Loren. The process both times could not have run any smoother. Loren works at all hours of the day and night and always gets back to you immediately. Loren is the best of the best and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Loren had his ear to the ground listening for listings up to the minute we arrived. The last condo listed just hours before we got there was the unit we purchased. Thank you Loren. Listening is a great trait. We were out of town, so Loren handled most of the everything for us in a timely manner. He was there for us from the showing through the contract to the closing.
